Party Ribs with Coco López & Yuzu Glaze

Ingredients
- (2) Baby Back Ribs
- Lane's SPG (Salt, Pepper, Garlic)
- (1/2 Cup) Coco López (Cream of Coconut)
- (1/2 Cup) Plum Sauce
- (2 Tbsp) Yuzu Sauce
Directions
- Trim & Season: Cut ribs into individual sections. Coat ribs with SPG. Let rest 20–30 min.
- Smoke: Preheat smoker or indirect grill to 300 °F. Smoke ribs for 30 minutes and then flip and cook for another 30 minutes. 1 more flip for another 15-20 minutes or until probe tender (around 200 °F)
- Glaze & Finish: Whisk Coco López, plum sauce, and yuzu juice. Toss ribs in glaze and enjoy!
